the catch of the story is:

I wanted to go along and was told the boat was full - no room for me.
So I go riding and take some shore pictures while Roger took our two guests.

When they get back to the dock the captain says to me "Lisa, did you hear what they saw? A whale shark!" "Oh wanted to tell you too, one person didn't show up, you could have gone along"

Can you imagine how I felt?

I would've felt just sick. Anyway, as far as the OW student that saw the whale shark - man, talk about everything going downhill from now on. How can the usual critters like an octopus, a bunch of fish and maybe a turtle compare to that?
