Its amazing how that "wow if I'd only bought that 5 years ago" thingie stings so much. Fact is tho, if you buy today in places like Belize, Roatan or even some of the Caribbean Islands I'm sure you can see the same kind of long term returns as you could have back then. After all, there are limited waterfront properties on the plannet.....
