Here's a photo I took on my visit in March. Below the Grey and French Angels, what is that gold fish? I can't seem to find it on any of the fish charts I've seen.

Based on the photo, it's difficult tell.
jpomerantz: How can you be sure it's a coney? I'd like to know so that I can distinguish the two in the future.

I based my judgment on regularity of the spots and absence of irregular black spots. Without the dorsal fin up it's tough. But like Sharky said: "Looks like Cod" or Seabass.
 
Red Hinds have very obvious black-margined tails & dorsal fins.

Besides the two black spots on the lower lip, a Coney will also have black spots at the base of the tail -- you can see one of them in the photo.
