Whatever happened with the abused Stingrays?

Unfortunately the Sports Park label is a way to sell the tickets. It comes down to making the bucks. Folks who choose to visit Cozumel's Sting Ray "Sports Park" are either just looking for a fun time on their vacation and/or are either uniformed about the treatment and conditions of the Sting Rays or really don't care. Very sad in my opinion. Sue

I agree with you Sue, it is sad. Part of the problem with these animal-abuse businesses is of course the un-educated or uncaring consumer.

I drove by today and the new sign says Stingray Beach, which is more misleading advertisement of course as there is no beach at all.

Unfortunately big business and and big bucks are the rule, and I don't believe this will change for the better anytime soon, these are the effects of the rampant & savage capitalism our planet is suffering....
