At the risk of making it even worse, what happened to LI-er?

I could probably make a fairly good guess, having seen them derail an Egypt thread earlier this month by harping on about Somali pirates, but it would be nice to know what the tipping point actually was.

He admitted to being a banned sock puppet. I'm sure he was already back with a different face on the puppet.
