Strong SE wind?
I believe so. I don't remember the easterly direction. We were at Santa Rosa and it was significantly windier than near the marina.

Nice nudi!!
If you are referring to the Painted Elysia, it is related to Sea Slugs and not nudibranchs. I like nudibranchs myself but the elysia is very colorful and I am always happy to find them.

A few photos of the last day of diving.

I cannot tell if this is a jellyfish or a tunicate/pyrosome. It is all one object just twisted up. I did not notice openings on either end nor do I have good photos of an end for in or excurrent. I don't think this is a girdle jellyfish. My searches on jellys and pyrosomes showed nothing like this.

Balloonfish. This one has dark bands on it's back instead of the usual brown bands.

Egg patch guarded by a dark male sargent major (not shown). Under ambient light the egg patches are somewhat purple but under light, the eggs are red.

Last ones

Large Green Moray under a ledge. Another group came by and thought they were being helpful by shining their flashlights on it which in reality messes up my lighting and exposure.
