Next Saturday we will be doing my previous bucket list item, Diving with Seals off Cape Ann. Very friendly!

Hi @Francesea

In early September, 2010, I had the opportunity to do 4 dives with Cape Ann Charters with a friend I had met in Florida. It turned out to be a day of diving I won't forget. Started off with the Chester Poling and Halfway Rock. Finished off with Little Salvages and Dry Salvages. We had Harbor Seals for most of the dive at Dry Salvages. The day ended with a delicious lobster dinner. Doesn't get much better than this, definitely another drop in my bucket :) There are really wonderful dives all over, never pass up the opportunity.

Good diving, Craig

I’ve already done several of my bucket list trips—Coral Sea, Socorro, Cocos, Wakatobi, Truk...
Still on the list is the Arenui (Komodo), booked for next August.
And I want to dive with seals or sea lions!

I've worked through a lot of my list so what remains is -

Bafffin Island diving the edge of the iceflow

Galapagos

Cocos

The Maelstrom in Norway

Silfra when I weigh enough...still cranky about that one!

Cocoview Resort, as mundane as that might be to some more experienced Divers, it is a place I imagine maxing out my time in shallow water, just floating. My best wishes to this lady.

That looks interesting. I will add it to my list of places to start my 50th year of diving.

Back to Misool in RA

Komodo is over rated, nice but there are better less dived areas

The South Pacific for Sure

St Helena, which is supposed to be brilliant, - currently only accessible by a 5 day boat ride until the airport gets signed off

Mozambique and South Africa (Sardine run) I've heard are off the scale too (by people who've been there)

The more remote the better for me..

Mine would be:

1. Truk Odyssey liveaboard
2. Bikini Atoll wrecks
3. Turtle tomb Sipadan Island
4. diving with Great White sharks

Did it in 2001... three months backpacking and diving Asia, Australia and the South Pacific. Today due to my battle with cancer I just dream of being able to get back in the water here at Casino Point

Right now that is a dream and a goal worth focussing on. May you make it happen soon!
