I have switched to two-tank sidemount diving on recreational trips. I don't want to go into the benefits and drawbacks of sidemount. Rather I'm looking to put together a list of dive operators, both land based and live aboard that permit and support sidemount divers.

There are of course the cent divers in the Yucatan.

I also just returned from a trip on the NAI'A in Fiji and used two-tank SM the entire week.

Ideally It'd be great to have a list of the operator, whether its a live aboard or land based, if they allow one or two-tank SM, and what equipment divers are required to bring.

Is there a way to do this on ScubaBoard so that diverts can regular update it with their own experiences?

Thanks!

I believe Buddy Dive was offering intro dives, and thus presumably classes, for sidemounts when we were there in February.

I would imagine none would ban, at least in Australia or the South Pacific.

i once had a shop in coz try to tell me they would charge me extra cuz i would need 4 tanks per trip instead of 2. when i tried to explain i only needed two like every body else, they just didnt get it. lol
