We're headed to Bonaire for the first time in a few weeks and I'm curious what others do with their cellphones while shore diving? Given the advice to not leave valuables in the truck, that means we need to carry one phone with us while diving since I don't see us driving around the island all day without a phone. For those who have been there, how have you typically handled this?

I left my current phone at the hotel and took an old phone with me without a SIM card. I had downloaded a map of the island and I could call 911 without the card. I put velcro on the back of the phone and put the other side inside the door pocket (closest to the drivers seat. Anyone searching would have to feel along the pocket to find the phone. My buddy put his phone inside the pocket for the fuses and didn't lose it. I think he was just lucky.
