What size cylinders are in use for argon/air drysuit inflation?

I run a 13 with air if I am using trimix/helitrox.... At my size, and since you really have to purge the suit to gain a real benefit, it is pointless to waste money on argon.... Invest in good undergarments or heated undergarments..
