I've landed with a collection of Scubapro tools. I've figured what all of them are except for this small plastic one attached. The body rotates independent from the stem. It's about 4cm in length. The box it came in has no references written on it.

It feels more like a balanced chamber than a tool.. 🤷🏽‍♀️
Does rotating body seem to change anything (tighten an orifice)?

The diameter of the stem (ID/OD) might also be telling— maybe it fits on a poppet somehow?

Also any chance you landed a g250HP/500 knob tool that you don’t need? I’m looking for one

Nah, it rotates freely. I've attached photos of a few more angles. There seems to be an o-ring too between the base and the stem.

It's about 4mm in diameter at the stem, 10mm at the next step, and 15mm diameter at the base.

No sorry, but I did land two tools for the d420, which I don't need.

I now suspect it's the lever removal tool for a X-650 second stage. But there aren't many pictures of these online, so I am not 100% sure yet.

This seems to match the poppet OD and orifice ID

I wanna stick to guessing something related:
- maybe a wired version of poppet installation tool (free to rotate to align with lever)
Or
- some real weird „fake“ balanced chambers (the purpose would baffle me, maybe for tuning purpose)

Ok literally Tanks to the rescue a second earlier
