Taken near Grand Bahama. I've never seen this before.

I was going to say bluebell tunicates.
 
Tunicates!! Aren't they pretty?! :)

I'm not an expert on the tunicates of that region (or even my home waters) but it looks more like the painted tunicate (Clavelina picta) than the bluebell tunicate (Clavelina moluccensis). There are other species that may look similar.
