I'm a "hands on" Florida State Regestered Residential Contractor. Not to be confused with the ever popular "arm chair" contractor, whose only tools are a phone and caculator. I still strap on my tools every day. Been in business for 10 years now. In the trades 25 years. It's a tough way to make a buck, having to compete with the arm chair guys, who use the lowest bid for sub-contracting, ( it shows in their finished product) and the unlicened hacks who are able to "cut your throat", because they don't have any overhead.

i am a manager of a small restaurant in new york city on the

lower east side.

Hey....if any of you are in that neighborhood one day just stop by.

The name is ZAFI'S Luncheonette.
