Fly Fishing. Photo from the other day on the Clark Fork in Montana. (Oh, and the hat says, Dive Hawaii)

Workaholic hubby and fur/feather babies take up most of my non-work hours. Anything after that is knitting, quilting, sewing, water aerobics & weighlifting (currently on hold for med. reasons) reading, camping, working at my sister's winery, and target shooting. Because we are WWW's in Puget Sound, dreaming/planning dive vacations fits in there somewhere, too :)

Lets see.......I work at the local strip joint part time to fund the scuba addiction. Ha, ha, ha.... that was a joke. I'm a lot more boring than that. I have two little ones so I spend most of my time with them. Playing baseball, nintendo, building treehouses, camping out with my son, and playing dress up with my daughter. I'm pretty much consumed with diving so if I'm not doing something related to that I'm reading, doing something outdoors, or swimming. I also read a lot. A lot of history stuff, and anything relating to diving. I use to run a lot in college and that was my one New Years Resolution this year, to do that more often. When I have time I go to my LDS and swim laps at the indoor pool. Being a single mom I don't have a lot of free time but when I do and it's nice I want to spend it outdoors. The two things I want to do this year are martial arts (taking classes with my son), and a sky dive (tandem of course). One of my friends was going to do the sky dive with me but I don't think he can now. Any takers on the skydive??

I know it can be difficult to support a habit. I work my fingers to the bone, slaving over a hot reef just to scrape together enough cash to go sit in an office and look at squirrles for two hours once a month.

Mel, That was a goal of mine too. Did it last year, and I thought it was over-rated. Everyone should do it once.

PS. Get the video so everyone can watch it and will believe you.

I'm a rock/blues/jazz drummer, that collects "unreleased" concert recordings, and also loves live theater, reading, Penn State football, and Seinfeld!

I'm a newbie diver, but it's slowly taking over the rest of the hobbies! hahaha!

Musican. Specifically, drummer. Trap kit, ethnic percussion, cajon, conga, blah blah. I hit, kick, shake and rattle stuff for groove. Live, studio, semi-touring, etc. Singing, song writing, arranging, producing.

Fisherman. Fly & ultralight. Tubing, stand up, kayak, boat, shore. Fresh, salt, etc. Anytype of fishing where the line test is less than the fish by at least a factor of 2 (4 - 5 is better) and where sitting stationary is not an option. Fishing is about skill, preparation and planning - not luck, not beer, not sitting.

Digital Imager. Nikon D70 rig. Too many lenses, filters, and other stuff to count.

Business. I love business and capitalism and the science and art of Marketing. I love my job.

These days, home repair & remodeling.

That's about it. In between all of the above, I dive.

I do a lot of stuff. I travel, I play lacrosse, I play soccer, I debate, I run rallies and protest to get money for my school, I cook... I do a lot of stuff.

Other hobbies....long list I quess.

I like to work on my cars, I have a Firebird that I'm building up and a Jeep that I'm working on. I like to take the Jeep out 4wheeling, I quess thata my main hobby right now since I cant dive near as much as I would like where I'm stationed.
Collect guns, make my own ammo, go shooting
Work out, love running and wieght lifting
I'm a vollunteer firefighter and a Reserve Police officer, so I quess you could call those hobbies too. Basicly I stay really busy.
