Wetsuit Thickness for Maui

Hello,

I'm going diving in Maui this September and was wondering what thickness of wetsuit I should wear. I'm from Southern California so I'm used to cold water and don't get cold easily.

I've always worn a 3mm sleeveless suit in Maui and been just fine for up to 5 dives a day - all of our trips have been in Winter when the water temps were 73-75.
