I do not lube my socks or booties anymore. I hike California costal cliffs. My neoprene socks slip off when walking up if lubed and my heals lift when walking any angle.

Lube makes it very easy to get in a wet wetsuit or when sweaty.

I just went to Target or Walmart and smelled conditioner before buying. Currently using Aussie.
