And, of course, whether or not I can reach my valve means little to someone else.

Also, the 1/2" may be misleading given how that measurement was obtained...flat on the ground. It might be less when worn. I think the centerline distance is a better measurement and it is about the same for both rigs.

This is only a guess, but I suspect that if you can reach your valve in the Halcyon, then you could also reach your valve in the FredT.
