The weekends have been good on Lake Huron... This past weekend got 4 dives in from Sanilac and the weekend before got in 2 from Harbor beach and the one was an 18 mile boat ride. And the weekend before it was nice also...Durring the week up here has been a different story though.

Dive Safe.

Did three in Harbor Beach last weekend when we went to bed with thunderstorms there was not much hope but the mornings were glass calm... I feel you pain though in 95 we had 9 scheduled trips out of Grindstone city and only made 3 due to weather.

Water has been calm at white star although we had one day of whitecaps on the quarry

Dive Safe

In basic discussions there's a thread related to "you know you're addicted to diving when...." That would be when you spend the past three nights on the computer figuring out that the weather is supposed to be good for diving at 4:10 on Wednesday afternoon... We're giving it another go. Glad to hear that some of you are having an excellent season (and jealous of course!)

Sorry, no. We had a guy looking for it. Gary said he'd keep trying.

Darn, At least Gary remembered and actually had a guy looking for it. That was cool of him. It shouldnt be hard to find just go straight down from where you get back on the boat. Maybe a little south of that some. In case a current carried it a ways.

So far we haven't been blown off Lake Michigan at Waukegan more than once in the last two months. We are entering the time of year now of generally calm conditions.

I had 43 degree at 115' on the glenorchy today...6/20/08..
