Anyone own an apollo EX 2000 reg with a water wick attached to the 1st stage for moisture?

I do get dry lung after a few dives, especially on liveaboards with 4 dives/day......do these regs really help ?

If not, anyone know of a good reg combo that doesnt breathe too dry? Im thinking of purchasing the SP MK25/S600 setup.

Thanks

All regulators are drawing air form your tank.
The Air must be super dry or you will get corrosion in your tank.

I have tried the Air Wick thingy and it worked rather well. However it is just another failure point in the whole system.

Try keeping yourself really hydrated before the dive , if you are doing longer dives and getting a dry throat take a small water bottle down with you, make sure it is full to the brim with no air in it. You can drink from these with no problems, and we use them at Deco stops often.
