I’ll help you out and take that hard had diver

I try to get rid of stuff when I realize I won’t use it anymore, like the f1 fins that will be going to the dump next trip there, costs to much to ship to even give them away but tired of them taking up space.
Take them to Monterey next time you’re there and leave them at Breakwater with a “free” sign on them.
Don’t put them in a landfill, that doesn’t do anybody any good.

I also get rid of stuff I don't use anymore...... I still have way to much gear.

Did I mention I just bought 4 NIB 17 cu ft ponies because I like them better than 19s, they not made no more, and I found them for sale. Kinda ugly shade of green though. Can't carry or use more than one on a trip.... This is the 17 I took on the trip last month:

Won't say what the tank total count is now, but the cost of the PSI/PCI tank inspectigator course is totally paying for itself!

OMMOHY

I have tried the first part of this statement.... succeeded in the 2nd part. 👌

I've started to get more picky and don't buy as much stuff anymore. But yeah it spirals out of control.

And this is only about half of the stuff I use, I have a few boxes of stuff I no longer use elsewhere.

I feel huge relief for my impulsive purchases I when i see pictures like that, there is still room for improvement for me.🤣

Thanks for all the photos. I am going to show them to my wife of 53 years, who thinks I have too much dive stuff, despite the fact that I possess such a small percentage of dive gear compared to you gear shopaholics. I almost can't wait to say "See, I don't have very much dive gear," or maybe not, knowing what the retort is likely going to be.

Don't throw them out. Nail them to a wall and turn them into planters.
