For Sale VDH Plates - two plates

I have decided I have too much stuff squirreled away. I have two VDH plates for sale. One is an original type with black powder coated aluminum in excellent condition and the other is a new style anodized aluminum plate. The newer design can be rigged single piece webbing, the original style is designed for two piece webbing. These work superbly with double hose, modern single hose regulators, any sort of wing with 11 inches centers. The curve in the top allows for plenty of room for turret down regulators like the Mark 25 Scubapro or for wings with a center vent. These weigh approximately 1 pound and 5 ounces thus excellent for travel and do not take up much room being flat.

So, maybe $100 plus shipping each.

The anodized plate is sold. That leaves the pretty black snazzy looking one.

Just to see how the VDH universal plate fits a single hose, note the customary crossed straps locked with a keeper behind the slot. Imagine a Mark 5/10/19/25 in there with the turret down, would be as as snug as a bug in a rug, perfect, more range of trim:
