Is this for the conshelf, or for any reg set? I ask because I have 2 first stages I bought off this board. The seller told me they were Cochran's (did not know they made a first stage) and he told me before I bought them I may not be able to get parts for it. The shop tested 1 of them and the ip locks up on it, so it seems to be fine also. He also sent some parts for it and a mk10 also. Debating if I should bother with the Cochran or just use the mk10 instead.I'd dive them. IP locks up, if the second stages hold a vacuum and breathe well, and nothing leaks, I'd dive them today no problem
Any idea if Beuchat can rebuild them?I would use the MK10 for sure. Cochran never made 1st & 2nd stages, they were made by Beuchat. We have no parts and have never done annual service repair on any of the Beuchat regulator line. Cochran makes the EMC-20H and EMC-16 dive computers. All sales are direct through our headquarters in Richardson, TX.

Again I work for Cochran but maybe try AirTech Scuba Services at 866.287.0850 www.airtechscubaservices.comAny idea if Beuchat can rebuild them?
I am interested if they work. Looking for all the info i can get as i am going to start servicing them myself. I have a couple of mk10s laying around that i will use as practice.

I would definitely use the MK10 (have it serviced by a authorize Scubapro dealer) and use the Beuchat 1st stage as a "paperweight".

No way I would pay that much for an octo. You can buy a completely rebuilt conshelf 21 first and 2nd for $65 from vintagesoublehose.comI might be buying a con-shelf 21 octopus that (they say) has never been in water for $125.
If they've never been in the water, is there still worry of dry rot etc?
Thanks!
