Hello -

I would like to do a short TV news feature on a person who lives in a boat and how the present weather is effecting his/her lifestyle. If anyone knows anyone who lives in the DC, VA MD area in a liveaboard, please let me know. This will be a TV feature for overseas broadcasts.
