Does anyine know how long it usually takes DUI to install knee pads/butt pads on a TLS 350? I live in Long Island so I am figuyring some extra time for shipping

Turn around time is going to vary depending on how backed up they are with orders.
You are best to give them a call directly and ask what it will be now, or what they project it to be when ever you are planning on having it done. Minimum for anything done is typically about 2.5 weeks (including shipping time). This tends to be a busy time, so I wouldn't be suprized if it is more like 4-6 weeks.

By the way I love my Kevlar Knee and butt pads, they have literally saved my "butt" a few times.
