Turks for the holidays

I'm going to Provo, T&C for Dec 24-31, and am diving with Caicos Adventures. Any advice on sites that I should not miss?

Also, any suggestions on good restaurants? I'm staying over on Turtle Cove, but won't limit myself based on geography.

Make sure you get to the Tiki Hut, right in Turtle Cove, for chicken and rib night. Tuesday or Wednesday, just ask, someone will know.

You can't go wrong with any of the restaurants in the area. There is a good selection and they all serve really good food if a bit on the pricey side. As to dive sites not to miss I would say that its pretty hard to mess up. Don't miss the three tank to French Cay if you can help it. Thats usually the highlight of my week. Tell Fifi and Asa I said hey!
