I dove a week with Dive Provo. Nothing but good things to say about their dive operation. Saw sharks and (heard) dolphins on almost every dive. They book up fast so don't be a walk-in.

Don't they have three or more boats? I think the issue is more about logistics than filling up, at least in the off season.
