Howdy everyone,

First off, THANK YOU for taking part in TrashFest '07. We had perfect weather and with 294 people there, we had the highest participation this decade!

That's just one of the records we set. We collected more shoes and sunglasses than we have in any of the prior 10 years. The new design for the TrashFest t-shirts proved to be very popular, and we sold out of them before 9:30 that morning.

With that in mind, we're giving you another opportunity to pick one up. Details are posted at

Orders need to be placed by Oct 31st, and we need a minimum of 24 to do the print run, so get your order in early! Not everyone provided a contact email address, so please pass this note on to your buddies who were at TrashFest.

Also, webmaster Todd is asking for photos to post in the TrashFest photo gallery. You can email them to info@musicmover.com
Please keep the emails under 10mb and captions/descriptions of the pictures would be great, too. If you would prefer to mail them on a CD or other media, please send Todd an email to get the shipping information.

Great seeing you there, why didn't I see you at Aquarena the next day?

Hmmm, I was at Aquarena the next day actually. I took Foo2 there, gave her the tour, and we rode on the glass-bottom boat. It was a devilish plot to get her hyped about taking the course, and my evil plan worked. We did see a couple of guys (probably instructors) with a student in the training area, and there were a couple of divers we saw from the boats- it was between 11:15-12:30 or so when we were there, must have just missed you?

We would have been in the water about then. Second dive ended at 12:30 and we left at 1:00pm.

Well I KNOW it wasn't you who popped up like a missile around the Cream of Wheat area, was it? Fortunately no boats were in the area at the time, but it was kinda skeery. Too bad we missed you, glad you got to dive Aquarena. I was with my daughter, who is a diver but hasn't taken the SD course yet. But she did enjoy the boat ride immensely.
