They also have a great little reef just off the entry to the wayet and to the south west. It works great to swim against the slight current for hlf of your air and then relax and drift back on the other half. It is also a great night dive too!!!!

That is where I want to stay too pending final approval from my non-diving wife and kids. I just sent them a quote request so I'm hoping to hear back from them Monday. If the price is what I expect, then we will probably be staying there. I also looked at staying at Casa Mexicana. While the in town location would be convenient for dining, it is too far from what the rest of the clan consider to be essential ammenities, such as water and sand.Martha:We're staying at Caribe Blu and diving with Christi. I'm really looking forward to it. We've never stayed at Caribe Blu before, but it's always recommended on the board, so we're going to give it a try. Where are you staying?
I booked through travelnotes.cc. Their rates were cheaper than the posted rates on Caribe Blu's website. Actually, I never heard back from Caribe Blu initially and I happened to find that other site while surfing for Cozumel housing rental info. They were quick to respond and had great rates too. I did a search on scubaboard for travelnotes.cc and someone else used them and had no problems, so it looks like it's a good deal. By the way, how old are your kids?diveborg:That is where I want to stay too pending final approval from my non-diving wife and kids. The back up, according to Royal Holiday, is staying at their Cancun property. Nice place, but that wouldn't make Coz diving very practical. (and we really don't want to stay at Disneyland.) They "promise" that the Cozumel property will be open, but I'm not holding my breath.diveborg:ckofabq, Good luck with the Park Royal. Do you have a backup place to stay lined up?
