Suggestion Thread title character limit

So we don’t end up with thread titles that are looong like this. Been irking me for a while and I finally remembered to post.

The several other forums I frequent all have a thread title character limit. Keeps the topic list cleaner with concise titles.

Off the top of my head, I don't recall a configuration option for that but there might be. What character limit do you suggest?

I wish more people would create longer titles, ones that actually say what the thread is about without opening it. Many give no clue.
