Hi pipol, these pictures were taken at Caramoan, Camarines Sur on Holy Week of 2007. I wasn't certified during that time so it didn't occur to me to ask about diving opportunities there. But one of the investment opportunities that the tourism brochure of CamSur listed included diving.
