Take a bus head towards Iba, Zambales. Stop off at San Antonio, Zambales. Take a trikie to Pundaquit Beach. Hire a boat to take you to capones. Anawangin cove is about 25 mins away.

Hiking around is cool:

edit: more detailed info of how to get here:
1) Take the victory liners bus to Iba, Zambales (~P250 one way). The terminal is in Caloocan City (take a cab to the terminal). Get off at San Antonio, Zambales - ask the conductor to tell you. It's about 4 hours including a stop over in Subic and an eatery place. Buses leave every hour.
2) From San Antonio town proper, cross the main road and take a trikie (~P50 one way per 2 people) to Pundaquit Beach. It's about a 15 min ride.
3) Once at Pundaquit you can buy food, drinks, and supplies at the local sari sari store if you haven't already. You need to ask a boat man to take you to and from Anawangin and Capones. You can haggle as low as P800 apparently to go to Capones OR Anawangin but it might be a bit more if you want to go to both. It's about 25 mins to Anawangin and 15 mins to Capones from Pundaquit.
4) on the way back, just wait along the main road of San Antonio to catch a bus to Caloocan City (~P250 one way).

It's camping so pack accordingly. Anawangin has running water and toilets. Capones does not.
