Tell me more about this sunken warship please...any good websites with info?
 
hi matt... here's an article by carlos munda.

the pilot house is at about 180fsw, wreck goes down deep as 250-260. the locals have been sawing off parts of the ship for a few decades now, but a sizable part of the ship is still there... a few technical divers were here a couple years back, all specked up... their guide (manong mario) went with a single air tank and improvised plywood fins :)

Hi Bing, thanks for answering Matt's query for me. Some technical divers from Manila are interested in diving down Sagami Maru. After Enchanted River in Hinatuan, Surigao of course. :)

We are also planning to dive Tinoto wall in Gen Santos City. No date yet. Wanna come Bing? Anybody been there? :)
 
wow surigao! can i come... please :blinking:

we were at tinoto last year, great diving there... i think some of the guys here are also planning to go... doc fred and chuck definitely wanna dive there again... set a date and i'll see what i can do... we can sort of call it an "official" out of town club dive :eyebrow:
