I think we've all learned from the telling of that story...however, air certifications do exist to 180fsw, and no one here is suggesting anything to the contrary. I don't think this thread is intended to be a general debate over bottom gas mixes, is it?

I like to think I posses a fair amount of intelligence and a fair amount of diving experience, so I was probably still at least as 'with it' as someone who just took a standard OW class and jumped off the back of a vacation boat...:11doh:

I would hope so at those depth. I don't think someone just getting certified would attempt those depths....

I am and was not trying to be opinionated.

Can't say if we have met. I am out at the lake, Flower Gardens, rigs etc... a great deal so there is no telling.
