I experience no movement of the boot inside the fin with size 10 boots and Turtles with spring straps.

These fins are real comfortable with my rockboots. I tried the shorter small/medium size manta spring straps at first and they were way too small so I returned them to my LDS and went with the L/XL size. I believe they are a 12 inch spring.
