Leisurepro screwed me as well.....they say one thing then do another. They never keep you updated. They dont answer questions with more than a sentence. It takes days to get a response. They avoid answering questions.
I think their prices are fantastic, but their service is ****.
This problem isnt just mine, ive spoken to a number of people with the same complaints. IF you expect ****e service its easier to deal with it, so if your going to use them just expect the worst.

FWIW, I talked to the sales manager on Monday, I have the gear back in my hands now on thurday. I wasnt charged for return shipping and every thing was taken care of. The inspection was done and all the extra parts from the parts kit were included as well. I got a note the HP seat on the mares oct was bad and was replaced.
All worked out in the end, just wished the communication was this good from the start.
