I met up there with a really nice ScubaBoarder from Tampa, Brian, today and we had a TERRIFIC dive on the West span. Unfortunately my u/w camera gear is not set up for macro, so I suspect that most of my pics will be no good (haven't looked yet). Near the end of the dive, a really beautiful manta ray cruised by me, oooh la la!!! We talked to some other divers who saw spotted eagle rays today, we missed them.

OH, I had someone steal my flag AGAIN. He said that I was not supposed to be within 100' of a private structure (dock on the intercoastal). Where did this law come from?

I had it hooked on a timber while I was swimming around the pilings. I didn't have it tied on, just hooked.

Wonderful seahorse photos. That little yellow one must be getting use to seeing divers because he is always hiding behind the sponges so you can't get your camera close to him Lucky you great shot
RE the flag so if it wasn't secure did it just float away or did said person take it & if taken returned? I usually double brass hook mine to something. I bought the inexpensive plastic line holder & never use my reel which I would hate to lose.

Ignore him. I like them too & they are good photo subjects as they hardly move!
