Hey Merry Christmas!
We canceled our trips today due to rough seas, so you haven't missed anything. Yet.

A quick news flash... we've been diving our faces off, and teaching, and I haven't had time to post any reports. We had been getting like 50-ish foot vis, kinda white-smokey, but blue water and very mild currents. Temps were 75. Yesterday, between the morning and the afternoon trips somehow this changed, and we ended up with like 20 foot vis, green-brown water and 74 degree temps. The current also picked up a bit. Hopefully this will be short lived.

Also... I am eternally grateful to Ryan at REEF PHOTO/VIDEO for helping me to choose quality equipment for the Friends of Scubakevdm and REEF PHOTO/VIDEO Memorial Camera, which I flooded somehow last week, but due to the quality equipment choices everything, camera, lens and housing emerged unscathed and are fully operational after a freshwater rinse and drying. I have elected to wait until Ryan comes back from the holidays to take it back into the water again, so for the next couple of days... no pics.

Lost the viz, current picked up, water got brown, and this afternoon a cold front will bring wind, seas, and colder air...

Uhhhh... can't you lie or something and point out how nice conditions are going to be over the next 24 hrs???
