what is the purpose of the release clips? does the back not stretch enough to allow putting it on without unclipping?

Based on the video it allows you to release your mask in such a way as allow you to let the mask hang below your chin. I like this because I'm tired of catching **** from the scuba nazis about my mask on my forehead. I like that you can clip it off on the BCD as well. I don't care for the velcro, but since you won't be opening and closing the velcro that should not be a problem. HTH

I'm interested in this as well. The release clips would be great because it is a little difficult to get my mask over my head with the GoPro on.
