The first diveable day is Tuesday Shannonjon22. I believe that is when the Houston club is diving the boat. Steve at American Diving was talking about that this afternoon. Call your club contact.

Hey Todd, did you get this memo? Just put a call in to SB to find out if he knows something different. That would definitely change my plans..... AGAIN!

The first diveable day is Tuesday Shannonjon22. I believe that is when the Houston club is diving the boat. Steve at American Diving was talking about that this afternoon. Call your club contact.

"Club Contact" says were kool and the gang. :14: Assuming she goes down on Sat as planned, we are diving Mon. Of course, this is all subject to change. Thanks for the info though.

So far, in several specific instances our "club contact" has had better intel than American Diving.

Plus, I trust the magic eight ball.

The Clipper has been sunk, stern broke water at 12:35 pm, initial indications are she is resting on her side.

I think 66' wide, 473' long. Bottom is 134' so depending on exact angle puts her around 70' min depth.

Well, glad it is finally done. It sounds like it did not go according to the plan. Maybe a storm can come in and up right her. I can't wait to dive her.

Think of it this way, she'll have more character. The Oriskany, Spiegel, Duane, and others are upright. This'll offer variety. It's gonna be a great dive.

Then in a few years maybe a hurricane will right her and we will have a brand new dive site again!

Really, it's too soon to draw conclusions. They haven't put divers in the water yet, maybe not til tomorrow. If she is stable on her side they will probably leave her be.
