Unless you're on the coast of Texas, the brown water and mud's all we got girl! You learn to enjoy it!

hmmmm now if one were decide on brown water and mud or cold clear water, what would I decide? As a honoary member of the CADs... cold clear water

Though trying to dive in mud might be an interesting experience...

Joe : That was very nice. I've seen pics of the Blue Bonnets. I can't wait to see them in real life.
TomV: Very interesting info. I didn't know any of it.
Makes sense why it's so special there.
Arts: Also sounds great.
Dee, ID : We just don't feel that way here in Illinios. It's very interesting to see how different it is in Texas.
I can say I love Chicago, and New York, since I've lived in both places. But I can't say it about the whole state, like you can.
Zagnut: I'll be down there June 15th if everything goes as planned. We're still hoping for Pearland, TX, south of Houston.
I will be in Dallas (Hurst) Texas in 25 more days for Thanksgiving.

Be sure to get in touch with us when you get here! The D/FW folks would love to hook up with ya at a local watering hole (the drinking kind, not swamp diving). I'll email you my phone number.

Thanks Mike. Sounds great. I'll be at an airport south hotel for three nights. I'm sure we can work something out. I'd love to meet everyone.
I wanted to dive while we were there, but my hubby isn't willing to take all the equipment for one dive or even two. Boo Hoo. But at least we can TALK dive if we can't do it!

I'll call you around 4PM today.

Natasha:

Bring your regulator at least, we can still toss you into Clear Springs near Terrell. They have Mobby's dry suits available for rent so all you'll need is a BC and a tank (and I can bring a spare). And I'm sure we can round up a BC from someone.

Best time to call me would be tonight. Today is already total chaos and I might not have much time to talk to you as I'd like. Check you PM's for my numbers.

Mike, we might have to take Natasha to a really good BBQ or TexMex place to get her all anxious to hurry up and move down here. We'll have to come up with something that has a true Texas flavor to it. :)

And we can celebrate my birthday too!! (BIG HINT)
(Nov. 22)

Wowowowowowowowowoowowowow! Your Birthday too! Sounds like a plan.
But the diving part won't work out this time. Believe me I want to ..but ..
Thursday: (Thanksgiving and your B day) is the day with the family
Friday: also a Family Day.
Saturday: we're free but can't dive cuz we fly out Sunday.
So Zagnut's idea of an authentic, Texas Bar B Q birthday party sounds wonderful.
Zag, what I'd like to do, is plan this all with you, and let Mike just show up this time. (You can't plan this time Mike) ;) It can't be a surprise party, but what we plan, can be a surprise. Sound good? BTW I asked my husband and he has agreed to 'let' me have this day with my friends, and not the family. Whewwwww, not that I don't love the family ...
I have tons of ideas for the party... Shhhhh Mike don't look ...
Zag, let's talk ....
