As for exhaust port, if you want meaningful wider than R195, you option will be limited. G250 family's exhause port isn't wider than R195. The housing is bigger, but the port doesn't extended beyond the housing. The widest I have used is Atomic M1 exhause. You can add it to any Atomic 2nd stage. Apeks also has a wide exhause option, but I haven't use one.
