Will switching from Cressi Rondine paddle fins to Apollo Bio Pro splits require much of a change in technique other than a smaller kick ? The Rondines are the only fins I have experience with.
Thanks
Rex

If the Apollos work like Scubapro Twin Jets, and they should be close, it's mostly a smaller kick. Because it's smaller, it will be a little quicker as well. You will want your knees to be a little looser than with paddle fins. You don't really kick from the knee, but you allow your kees to be a little more flexible.

Yup. With splits, you'll want a short, fast flutter.
