Does anyone know of a shop that can do tumbling in the Dallas/Fort Worth area?... I check'd with Scubatoys and they advised that there tumbler motor is burnt out and doesnt expect to get it fixed anytime soon...

And does anyone know what the going rate is for this service?

no idea, but i'll ask around Lone Star and see what they say.

Thanks for the info... I got 3 72's and one I will probally pay to get it tubbled.. It needs it the other 2 I will see about doing it myself... Just found an article on it....

Cry baby... I'm working on a tumbler/dryer system. I got a table from the next door neighbor that I will be converting into such device.. Gonna take a bit though.

I took mine to Island divers in Denton. It cost $30.00 just for the tumble but it did take some time to get it done. I sent in 2 AL 80s and a hp steel 120 for hydros and the 120 had to be tumbled. It took about two weeks. I dont know what the time frame would be just for a tumble. Here is their web site:
