Well, I think it takes some stones to come on here and post something like this on a public forum after all that appears to have happened. Regardless of where the faults/mistakes lie, you've shown some character where I suspect most would have simply turned tail and run, I'll give you that.

UPDATE:

Well wanted to update all of you who have been exceptional in their advice and help. I contacted the Center the Course Director last did his IDC's, which is mentioned on this thread, they were very nice and did not really give me any information other than to say they no longer work with the Course Director, they would not say the reason the CD was suspended other than to say it was not for safety reasons or Unauthorized IDC's.

I tried to contact the CD again and he has not responded to any of my emails...not surprising.. I did speak to many people in Cancun who had nothing positive to say, in fact some called the CD a scam artist, only interested in Money, mistreating his students etc., in fact in the Mexico area a thread is posted saying just this.

The CD's website is still advertising PADI courses,IDC's Internships etc, even though he no longer is able to certify anyone PADI, My opinion this CD is misleading the dive public, if he truly is interested in making amends why would he continue to mislead, this CD does not own anything, such as a boat or equipment and uses pictures of another dive center in Cancun, which has made it clear they have nothing to do with him...(see mexico thread).

Well I thought the dive public should be aware, and not fall for the Poor Me Excuse, On a positive note I did get my advanced Certification in Cozumel and am now in the DR. Still thinking of getting my DM but will continue to dive and get more experiance.
