Closed PADI Rescue Diver course book

Anyone got a copy of the PADI Rescue course manual (most recent edition) that they'd like to part with? I know a lot of folks are going the e-learning route now, but call me old fashioned. I like hardcopies, and would love to give a used one a second life.
