Training Open Water Dive Training Accident

I am not sure I understand all the warnings to stop posting and try to delete the thread (which isn't going to happen). I am not an attorney, but I don't see the risk. In the Linnea Mills case, the instructor made the mistake of writing about the incident on social media, but that is completely different from someone who was not involved in the incident in any way. Even then, those posts brought no harm.

I am an attorney, and nothing that the OP (who was not there, not a witness, and not involved) is posting is going to make any difference in a lawsuit. Either the instructor was negligent or they weren't. Either the shop is vicariously liable or they're not. Either PADI is on the hook or they're not. A ScubaBoard post isn't going to change anything.
