Can we say Scuba Surfing. the waves where big and fun. vis 5-8 ft still good dive did not loose budy. Any spots by redondo for good diving let me know dads in town and wants to go diving tomarow.

Were we diving at the same beach I only had 1 ft if I was lucky.

Hmm I read that as 1ft waves too

.

Thought maybe he was the one who made it past the surf line right before the big sets rolled in. Nuthin' like looking right at two divers floating comfortably about 30' away while you're getting beat on tryin' to reach 'em. Wheee !

Nice to see everyone again and thanks for a good dive Erika. Viz wasn't great but lots of stuff to see out there. Seemed we all barely made the window where the beach was diveable 'cause when Erika and I surfaced the wind was starting to really rip through the area and kept getting worse.

Look forward to next one..

Wow, I thought I got ditched. I did the south dive @ 7am and then moved north by Lifeguard station #2. No one there, so I did another solo dive. Got out and talked to a guy who I think said his name was Dave-- who said Tevis was coming down a little later. It was after 9 and I had to scoot, but I completely missed everybody-- Dang it! But the good news is I kept all my gear on, sort of.... I grabbed a bug and bagged him. A little while later I grabbed another, but after I measured him, I reached down to put him in the bag & my bag was gone! I must not have clipped it in all the way. So I did Jeff's trick and stuffed him into my BC pocket with the antenae sticking out! Thanks for the tip Jeff! Sorry I missed everyone, see you next time...
