It is really hard to accurately predict these storm movements. The forcasters in the Philippines show the storm crossing northern Luzon, while the USN shows it doing a circle off the west coast of Luzon. Fortunately the storm is now a tropical storm vice typhoon. Hope it just continues to lose steam and fade away :)
