Yea I see quite a few I missed. But hey the baseboards were easy...I am replacing the floors soon so it looks like crap right now. Just going to pay someone to do that as I think it might look worse than the painting.

How much is he asking for the tank?

He wants $100, down from $150. I'm going to get it for the $100, and figure out the particulars later. Seems like it will be an asset to me, and with a recent hydro it is low risk of a c-note.

I get Zaya 12y for about $25-$30 so not that much more. I just like the taste of Kracken for some odd reason.
