@Scared Silly He wants $1100 for the lot, which would be an ok deal I think, but not when you factor in the seven hour drive I'd have to make to get them. I'm gonna end up passing on these. I already have 6 AL 80's and two lp 72's, so frankly it's not worth the time and mileage unless I can get a real bargain on them. Depending on your location, I can put you onto them if you want.

All-in-all a reasonable price. But given you already have a number of cylinders your logic is reasonable. Thanks for the offer of the contact details but I have a number of LP cylinders that sadly have not recently been wet.

@SouthernSharktoothDiver
I meant to type LP50, not 40. What I get for posting on night shift.

Big issue with the HP40 is they are very negative. So it becomes part of your weighting strategy and is then non ditchable/can't be passed.

@grantmac Yeah, I read through a thread about someone trying to use one as a pony a while back and got the notion from that. From what I've seen on here, lp 85's seem to resell for about $200, and Aluminum tanks locally tend to run about $50, maybe more for small/niche sizes, so I could maybe get my money back on the ones I don't need/have space for, but I'm extremely unsure if I could find a buyer for the Lp50's. If it were 20 minutes away, I might go for it, but it's just not worth the drive plus the hassle of selling what I don't want/need.
